CNC drilling-tapping center/FTC series
The CMA FTC series Drilling/Tapping Center is designed for the processing on laser-cut sheet metal.
The innovative floating head system is designed and manufactured by CMA and It is capable of absorbing deviations in workpiece positioning of up to 1mm, thus avoiding core breakage.
All operations are programmable using a latest generation industrial PC controller with CMA software.
Programs are simple and intuitive to create with the ability to import 2D/3D files and automatically convert them to the machine’s ISO codes.

- Automatic tool changer for n.10 tools
- Machine table with D.28 holes (Demmeler-Siegmund type)
- Speed range: from 50-3000 rpm
- Micro spraying system for tool lubrication
- TapCam graphical programming, incl. import and conversion of 2D DXF/DWG files
- Automatic tool calibrator
- Inductive safety system with light beam barriers

- Electronic handwheel for manual movement of X-Y-Z axis
- Automatic system for measuring height of the workpiece (Z-Reader)
- Oil shot system (Flowtap) or paste (Flowdrill)
